This controversy with the Danish Muhammad cartoons is pretty insane. And frustrating. It’s nice that freedom is, you know, on the march, but when legitimate death threats are flying around and embassies are burning and Islamic countries are demanding action from the Danish government, it’s clear how much work is still ahead as far as integrating the Middle East with the rest of the world. I mean, this shit is just not ok.
